Artist's Comments

Trying to improve myself on digital paintings. I need a lot of constructive criticism, so I am asking help on the technical side.

This work was supposed to be called "Avatar of conversion" but I think it sounds a bit cheesy. Done in Photoshop sketched in painter.

Enjoy!

I love the horns, but the body lacks a bit of depth... maybe if you get that back to corel painter you'll achieve a lot more with those tools than with photoshop brushes...

I do think you have an amazing edge for detail, I truly enjoy that.

you are right, the body lacks depth. I believe it's more my lack of understanding of space...sometimes it's very disturbing, should practice more. Thanks a lot for the comment and please come back sometime! :)

i think that blanket or whatever is a little bit too shiny. i'm not an artist though, so take what i say with a grain of salt. but, other than that, i think it's a great piece.

I agree about the body ... it's a little flat. however the concept and space of the image is very well done. the sky looks very much like oil on canvas. the technique used in that should be used uniformly around the whole image to give it the same feel.

very well done.

honestly she is in a cave, no sky there :) Thanks for your opinion, the body is flat indeed, I wasn't able to make it pop out more. :( I used the same technique for the entire painting though.

Thanks again and please check my works again!

*RED VINES* (Original Red twists) Now comes in kitty flavor.

maybe applying more contrast to the body would give it more depth. I think that would also enhance the details, which are actually great :)
